Review
We look at your old leads and open estimates. We find the best places to start.
Some leads never got a call back. Some quotes were sent, then left alone. There may still be jobs in that list.
We look at the leads you already paid to get. Then we help you follow up on the ones worth another look.
See What You Could RecoverWatch this short video. See how we help you follow up on the leads you already have.
This is for roofers who work on homes and:
We start with roofers in Richmond and Central Virginia.
Not sure? We can talk it through on a short call.
We work with the tools you have when we can. You do not have to move to a new system.

We build the follow-up plan. You review it before anything goes live. We fix one gap that lets leads slip away.
03
We reach out to the right people. When a homeowner shows interest, we send them back to your team.

At the end of 30 days, we show you what happened. Then we help you choose the next step.
We track replies and real conversations with homeowners. We count booked visits, estimates that move forward, and jobs sold.
We show jobs sold and money paid as two separate numbers. We also show what is still open or hard to track.
At the end of 30 days, you’ll see what we found in your old leads. Then we can decide if the plan is worth keeping.
You share your lead list and past follow-up notes. You tell us who we can contact and show us the records that back it up.
Pick one person to handle replies. Make sure your team has time for more visits and jobs.
Your team handles calls, roof checks, estimates, sales and the roofing work. We send interested homeowners back to you.
First, we review your old leads and open estimates. We check if there is enough there to make the work worth doing.
If we do not think the pilot makes sense for your business, we will tell you. You get the full $1,500 back before launch.
You approve the plan before anything goes live.
This is a check before launch. It is not a promise of jobs or sales. Read the pilot terms.
Tell us a little about your roofing business. We’ll contact you for a short call and see if the pilot makes sense.
The call takes about 15 minutes. There is no cost to talk.

Scope and start date. $1,500 upfront. A 30-calendar-day pilot. One location, one sales pipeline, up to 100 eligible existing opportunities. The pilot starts when payment, required access and a named client response owner are in place. We review the opportunity within three working days of receiving the required access and records. No new lead generation or automatic renewal.
Before we contact anyone. We check unresolved opportunities, communication-permission evidence, legally supportable contact channels, likely job profit after costs and your team’s capacity. Old records alone do not authorize texts. Veyro may exclude records or channels without adequate evidence. You approve the plan and its assumptions before launch. If Veyro determines the pilot does not make sense before launch, we stop and refund the full $1,500.
Results and refunds. Conversations, appointments, sales and revenue are not guaranteed. After launch, the fee covers the agreed work; a lack of sales does not itself trigger a refund. Failure to deliver agreed work receives a separate remedy or refund for undelivered work. We report what we can support with records and flag unclear results.
Costs and exclusions. Ordinary pilot usage up to $50 is included. Extra software or costs need written approval. Advertising, website rebuilds, CRM migrations and full-time reception are outside this pilot. Your team handles homeowner calls, inspections, estimates, sales and roofing work. Written scope controls.
